There are many different types of amazing beaches on the North Devon coastline. Here are a few of our favourites:

• Woolacombe - Sunday Times UK beach of the year 2021

• Saunton and Croyde - fantastic sandy, surfing beaches

• Lee Abbey beach - close to The Lynhurst and very picturesque

• Wild Pear beach - rocky and challenging to get to, but very peaceful

• Broadsands - limited parking and steep path but beautiful when you get there

• Rockham and Barricane - secluded beaches near Woolacombe

• Lee Bay - set of interconnected beaches between Woolacombe and Ilfracombe
