Lynhurst offers a relaxed informal setting allowing you, your families and guests
to experience a friendly unique wedding.
A Civil Ceremony can be held at the attractive
Lynton Town Hall, which is a few minutes walk away or there is the
Registry Office located in Barnstaple. Your after ceremony
celebrations can then be held back at The Lynhurst.

The Lynhurst has a Bridal Suite featuring a King size four poster bed and a large
en-suite bathroom. Excellent views can be enjoyed across Exmoor National Park and
the North Devon coast.

A small reception may be held in the house or for larger parties, a marquee is required.
Marquees can be provided by
Minehead Marquees and
Lee House Marquees.

We give you the flexibility to make catering arrangements just as you choose for
up to 80 guests (more by special arrangement). We can provide you with excellent
and flexible caterers who can suggest menus, or quote for one you have chosen yourselves.
You can have a wide range of arrangements, from informal buffets to seated dinners
with silver sevice waiting, or even a barbeque or hog roast. Guests may prefer to
organise their own catering.
