The accommodation is presented to a high standard retaining many original features including a tiled entrance hall that leads to an impressive grand staircase which takes you to 10 well appointed bedrooms some with sea views and balconies.

Off the entrance hall are two large comfortable lounges: one with an open fireplace, baby grand piano, colour TV and DVD; the second with an open fireplace, colour TV and CD player.
French windows lead out onto a balcony overlooking the garden and beyond to Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Coastline.

The ground floor hosts a dining room with a large table and ample seating with views out over the terrace. The dining room adjoins the spacious farmhouse style kitchen.

The kitchen is well equipped with a three oven Aga, double oven, hob, microwave, two large fridge freezers and a diswasher. A separate laundry room is accessed from the outside with washing machine and tumble dryer.
